| If you love to make your own herbal preparations or simply want to learn more about it, I highly, highly recommend this book i absolutely loved it! Mr. Cunningham is known to be a great author and this work is no exception, its well written easy to follow and under stand, and the recipes are fantastic. But most important is that he included a section on substitutions for herbs you dont have, or are difficult/expensive to obtain! I cannot express how important that is to me! | ||
